Heart of the Arts runs Moscow's Winter Market at the 1912 Center, with juried vendors offering original work and locally grown or produced goods. Shopping runs from 9 AM to 1 PM on the first two Saturdays of November and December, then the first Saturday of February and March. The market skips January.
