Wednesday evenings in downtown Coeur d'Alene belong to the 5th Street Farmers Market. The Downtown Association closes off three blocks of 5th Street and fills them with eighty-some vendors, live music, and a happy after-work crowd.

It's a younger market than some in the area, but it has grown fast. Look for themed evenings through the summer, like the Summer Solstice market in June.
