Superhero Birthday Banner

David was getting a superhero birthday, so I went big with his banner. His name fills the center in huge red letters over a nighttime city.

A red-and-blue masked hero swings in beside the black skyline. My favorite detail is his white web, which stretches across the kraft paper and curls into the word "happy" above bold blue "BIRTHDAY" lettering.

I painted it all by hand, right down to the tiny yellow windows. I can make a birthday banner for any superhero theme, based on the hero your kid loves most.
