Opening day of the Sandpoint Farmers Market is always a celebration. After a long winter, the community comes together downtown to welcome back the outdoor market season with fresh produce, local art, handmade goods, and live music.

Why opening day is special

The first Saturday of May draws a bigger crowd than almost any other market day. Everyone's been waiting for this. Vendors debut new products, farmers bring the first spring greens, and the whole town has a buzz of energy that says "summer is coming."
